1. Booking and Deposits
All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable 50 £/€ deposit.
The deposit ensures your appointment slot and will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
Refunds: No refunds are available for deposits, except for special conditions in our London location as outlined below.
2. Refund Policy (London Location Only)
Refunds for deposits will be considered under special conditions in our London location only.
To be eligible for a refund in London, you must notify us of cancellation at least 4 days before the scheduled appointment. Refunds will be subject to an administration fee.
3. Results and Expectations
While we strive to achieve the best possible results for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Individual results may vary, and if the results achieved fail to meet expectations, additional sessions or alternative treatments may be recommended.
4. Health and Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to complete a thorough medical history form before receiving any services. This information is crucial to ensure your safety and the appropriateness of the treatment.
We treat all information provided on the medical history form as confidential and protected in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Consultations
Prior to any service, a consultation may be required to assess your needs, discuss expectations, and determine the most suitable treatment plan.
6. Payment and Pricing
Payment for services is due in full at the time of the appointment.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellations(London Only)
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
8. Children and Guests
For safety reasons and to maintain a calm and relaxing environment, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment room during appointments.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Made In Paris Clinic and may not be used without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Made In Paris Clinic is not liable for any damages, injuries, or complications arising from the use of our services or information provided on our website.
